The seller advised right after placing the order that his equipment needed to fill my order broke down and had to be replaced. He offered a full refund if I wanted to cancel the order or delay delivery until he received his new equipment. I delayed the delivery.   Item was just as described, the quality (material), the condition (new), the value (price) and the appearance (color) was very satisfactory. I sent a text requesting a last minute change to the name on the back of the hat and the seller was very accommodating, the change was perfect. Just wish the "A" on the front of the hat (with my fraternity name) would have been a little more to the right of the hats center line. Great customer service. Excellent shipping.
