I ordered the wrong wrench, went to send it back for a refund but the cost of returning the item was almost as much as I paid for it, so I kept it and ordered the correct wrench from him. I explained what happened, and this guy, on his own accord, refunded me almost half the cost of the new wrench. This guy gets 10 stars. Thank you ever so much.
