Seller ignored messages until eBay got involved, then offered only a 5% refund if I closed the case (which prevents reopening). I trusted their high reviews, closed the case, and never got my order. Seller then ignored me again. Please beware of this loophole and if this tactic was pulled on you, call EBay directly. Thankfully eBay and my credit card helped reverse charges. Save yourself the stress—avoid this seller at all costs.

They instructed me to close the "Item Not Received" case before they would ship my clubs to me and as soon as I closed it they stopped responding and still haven't shipped them two weeks later. AVOID SELLER!
