It was missing a headrest, which was supposed to be included. A brief email exchange caused them to send the headrest attachment. These folks were very easy to deal with and a credit to eBay. I would definitely do business with them again.

The product was well described on the page and as described when arrived, excellent quality, all the part were there. What was absolutely amazing is that I ordered the item on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday! Herman Miller estimated delivery was 6 weeks later!! The chair came in excellent condition. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to use one of the controls once the chair was assembled, I messaged and got a reply right away first thing in the am.
