I returned the item and after a lot of chasing they did refund me. Communication, quality and service are poor. I will not be using USMAC again. Hopefully they will take this feedback as constructive and improve.

I was able to start Sequoia right up and have had absolutely no problems with an installation of an older Apogee Quartet and Reaper and creating and recording a couple of audio tracks as a test. So far so good ! Seller provides a great service. Enough said !
