Contacted the seller and a replacement was arranged. The original item arrived the following Monday (Royal mail delay), I contacted the seller to advise but they had already posted the replacement and kindly advised I could keep both packages. Replacement arrived today (2 days later) with an additional bracelet for my inconvenience.
