They were very pleasant and quick with answering all my questions in a timely manner. The ring arrived exactly as described and looks immaculate. Packaging was very well secured and shipping was pretty fast. I would easily recommend them to anyone! This particular piece had lattice along the cross, which would obviously make it a lighter item, despite it being solid gold. The seller was negotiable, and open to a reasonable offer- good value for piece . Would buy again.
