Item arrived broken from multiple areas. Seller takes days to respond. Seller was provided pictures of damaged box and damaged item took days to respond. Instead of providing a replacement is requesting me to ship back to them in order get a refund on my dime. Bad seller loss of time and money.

I sent the item back with supplied return label to get the correct item dispatched. They said I asked for a refund, so instead of arguing, I purchased elsewhere and asked for a refund. The refund gets here and was for a smaller amount.
