The item was packaged well and seure, and the shipping price was very fair for the size of the computer I purchased. It came as pictured and described. The seller was fast to respond to any messages, was fair, and willing to work out any issues. I am very pleased with not only the item, but the sellers communication and honestly. There was confusion in the listing that resulted in the item not being usable. The seller apologized for any error and promptly issued a refund. No return of the item was required, avoiding further hassle. I greatly appreciate a seller that stands behind their word. A+ seller, would deal again. Cons: Minor time delay to get replacement Pros: Seller apologized for confusion, prompt refund, no item return required.
