The seller however held back on the shipping and demanded an extra $50 to cover costs, or to refund the money paid. I chose to be refunded as the seller could try and extort more money for more unforeseen costs. The refund process was delayed for this and that reason and I eventually had to lean on him by putting him on terms by taking the “sale” to the eBay authorities.
