However, instead of packaging the whole set in one package, this person shipped them in 4 different packages, and 1 of them is still unaccounted for. As a result, I got hit twice with duties and taxes. Upon inquiring about why they made that choice they did not have the courtesy to respond. please be cautious when purchasing goods like DVD sets internationally from this seller.

After purchasing, I asked the seller to confirm the DVDs were fine. They replied they did not know and suggested I look elsewhere. I immediately requested cancellation and refund several times, but they ignored me and shipped the order anyway. This shows disregard for clear buyer requests and no certainty about the item’s condition. Completely unprofessional. One star.
