Contacted seller , asked when the item was dispatched. Was informed they would find out and get back to me the next day. Still waiting. In my view this seller needs to shake up their operations, even royal dose not take 9days to deliver a first class mail from Crewe to Belfast. Will not be using this seller again.

Postal worker explained that currently there is no assigned postman for our area due to staff shortages hence the delay as post was stuck at the local depot.
