PC looks almost brand new. Packing was probably even better than brand new. Shipping was very fast. No missing pieces. Staff was very helpful - if you need something just ask & they'll make a special listing for you. I've always loved Lenovo products, this PC is an inch narrower than my old Dell it's replacing but still has much more room inside, well thought-out design. Awesome!
