The condition is perfect, but the ear cushions that were on the headphones were dirty and completely discharged. I updated the firmware, and it seems like they hadn't been used for a long time. Overall, the consultant was friendly, the price was good, and the delivery was fast. I recommend it!

Shipping was expensive and not what was listed, it was shipped via Pitney Bowes (USPS Ground) VS Fed Ex. The cost ($29) offset what I was saving by sending offer. It may seem misleading to another. It was sent in 2 bubble mailers (1 inside of another) which concerns me because it’s a sensitive electronic item. Should’ve been wrapped better. The seller quickly sent a return label and processed the return. Sometimes shipping damages happen and they are out of our hands, no fault of the seller. The box arrived beat up. The speaker was loosely packed, allowing it to slide around, become unwrapped and crushed in on the corners. - shipper kept delaying the delivery date.
