The Local Bike Shop sells quality parts at excellent prices. The two hubs that I ordered were described as new and that is exaclty what showed up at my doorstep, new hubs. They are also great customer service. A day after I placed the order they realized the stock amount on eBay was wrong, they reached out to me to tell me and help rectify the problem.
