Matt has excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a high degree of angling knowledge. My item was out of stock, so he helped me with new, alternative feeder line, which looks good and I am keen to try out. I recommend this Company and I will buy from them again. Delivery was quick and postage included for the feeder line. Many thanks!
