She was immediately responsive to the situation and very apologetic. She even included a hand-written note in the correct package, apologizing for the mix-up. I did get the correct address today, and it's even more beautiful in person than the photo. It fits me perfectly and looks great. I was very happy with the way the seller handled the mistake.
