I believe wrapping tightly bubble wrap on top of tissue paper around figurine broke off his nose. I sent photos to Seller who responded immediately offering discount or return. A friend glued nose back on so I kept St. Joseph but description omitted a hole on face beside nose. Sellers were very patient & accommodating & regretful. They are conscientious & worth another try.

I liked that the seller and I were able to work out a price . It was packaged with great care. I really liked dealing with this seller will buy from them again . I also liked the card they stuck in thanking me for buying. I like the personal toch.
