    Item arrived quickly but was not the item ordered (it was for a diesel engine) contacted supplier passing on relevant photos to confirm incorrect item. A replacement was immediately despatched which arrived the next day. When purchasing anything online, a good seller is one that resolves issues quickly and without fuss.     The original parcel was lost by the courier, but the seller responded to my messages promptly and chased them up several time for me before sending a replacement item. Although I received the item late this was not the sellers fault, and am very happy with how they handled the problem. I would gladly buy from them again. The item I received was as ordered and arrived well packed.

    Car engine oil from OPIE OILS. I have used this company before to purchase engine oils. Mark, the representative that answered my email request said that he would have to get back to me after having verified the oil type that I required. Mark was true to his word and contacted me in no time at all . I then completed my purchase and the product was delivered to my wife's place of work on time.
