They all in working condition however: - no original box - they are used and/or refurbished, not “open box” as advertised - some of them had a slight cosmetic wears. Not a big deal in out case. - a few thermostats has almost dead batteries. Every time thermostats detached from the wall, you should wait for it to turn back on. Instead, Buyers have to read details in Condition Description/Seller Notes which states: "...Thermostat kit will arrive professionally repackaged in a plain box" & "...Discount provided since kit may have minor cosmetic blemish(es)...from handling or store return". You ordered from listing that does not come w/Retail boxes & may be blemished. We do have Retail Open Box at other listings.

Received the item fast and had issues with it. Worked with the seller who gave excellent communication and after him giving me several items to check, turns out I didn't insert the ribbon cable fully. After reinserting, it works just like new. Recommend seller!
