    I had a great experience with this seller. First, I was delighted to find pants I really liked at a good price. I ordered 4 pairs in different colors, all XS. One pair was mistakenly sent in the wrong size (XXS). When I contacted the seller, they apologized sincerely and quickly sent the correct size, with a prepaid envelope to return the XXS, all at no cost to me. They made the whole process easy and were clearly concerned with making it right. I was very impressed with this seller!

    Seller shipped wrong size item. Did not have correct one in stock, offered alternatives, but none where what I ordered/wanted. Returned and was issued refund. Nice seller, but just time consuming and shouldn't have been sent wrong item or sold something that was out of stock.
