I googled for the appropriate user guide, and downloaded the appropriate (free) management software (PowerShield) from the manufacturer's website. Relatively easy to set up and get working with no issues. Easily big enough to protect my single PC in case of a power outage, but probably room for more if necessary. Nice small footprint to fit neatly on my desktop. Much better than my big old one that died.

It came in its original box and was securely packed. There were only minor cosmetic marks (as expected with a used item), but otherwise it looked almost brand new — even the fan blades were clean. The seller went above and beyond by promptly sending a few missing components. Great communication, outstanding service, and a great price too.
