The seller did put a restraint on the adjustment knob to prevent the battery engaging but it was flat nevertheless. Much better quality clock than usual for this size though so I do recommend. Quick delivery too. Thanks.

The winding mechanism looks a bit "cheap & Cheerful" and can only assume the internal parts are much of the same quality so I will be interested to see how long it lasts . However , as I said its face looks good and it works .You don't get much for a Tenner these days !

I ordered this item at 3pm on Wednesday, and it arrived at 2pm the following day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. The parcel was handed to me, not left on the doorstep as is with some other carriers. The clock mechanism was wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and the hands were in a clear plastic tube so they wouldn't get damaged in transit. You don't get better service than this. A+++++
