USPS claims delivery to correct address, and I have been through this before. eBay will do an "investigation" and report to me USPS delivered it to correct address, and I get no refund. USPS employees are incompetent and have lost four of my packages over the past 24 months, including a $300 gold coin USPS showed delivered to incorrect address. Neither USPS nor eBaywould help, so I went to my Mastercard account & MC refunded.Philips SAA2050H/17 Cassette Adapter. Great for car and home (N° 204274903252)
