I called about four times and you get almost the same answers. The technician hasn’looked at it, and they are short of technicians. I called one time and she said it’s on the bench now. I finally received my unit and it still doesn’t work. They give you a guarantee but do you think am going to shipped my unit back, absolutely no. I might not get it back. The ECM does not control the airbags and the VIN was already correct in the module. Your car doesn't work because you are misdiagnosing the issue. We had your part for 7 business days, we quoted you 7-10 business days before you even sent the part in. The rest of the time the part was in transit with shipping companies. We cant do anything about shipping times.
