The seller was in touch to advise that the lenses I'd ordered were out of stock and offered the choice of a refund or waiting a bit longer for the lenses which would come direct from China. I opted to wait, and was sent a free gift before the lenses arrived around a week and a half later. Superb communication, great customer service and great quality lenses. Definitely recommend!!

Best part of this experience was the seller contacted me immediately letting me know there could be a 3 week delay then included a free gift and they beat the delay by 2 weeks. Phenomenal job and excellent experience. I'm definitely saving this seller and will buy from them in the future. I'd like to personally thank them and offer many blessings to them and their families for being so unselfish amazing service

Soon after my order was placed he sent an email saying there was. Relay with that particular order but would come in 2 weeks. He did offer a full refund . I replied OK no problem I will wait. As a courtesy he sent me a different colour free of charge . Then I got my order as promised 2 weeks later . Product itself is good.
