They did a great job of packaging her. The shrink wrap on the open box is a great touch. Makes it easy to display her while keeping her in mint condition. She is as beautiful as described in her listing. I also feel she is a great value because of her excellent condition.

During shipping some strings inside the display box broke so items had fallen off the display panel. This was not the sellers fault. I communicated with the seller and she was understanding and refunded me upon return of Barbie. Great people to work with.
