(Dirt under tape.) There is also a (small) scratch on the bottom of the unit's casing. I mention this minor flaw only to show that the item definitely was not "brand-new, unused, unopened" as described. I will be keeping it, as it seems functional and I am in need of it, but I did not want (or pay) for open-box.

Shipping took a week and tracking was not available because it was sent commercially with UPS but not UPS Ground so the package didn't get the full tracking. Most likely a discounted shipping program for large sellers. Ended up buying another one before this one came because with no tracking I didn't know when it would come. Still took a week after they shipped.
