I am, however deducing two stars because this was advertised as new but it is anything but new, because the scan counter shows almost 10.000 pages have already passed through this device. It works, so that's not an issue and if it was advertised as second-hand I would have still paid this amount but when advertised as "new - open box" the product should be new or at least very close to new. It wasn't. Apart from that, no complaints

New open box, the scanner was in original plastic bag, not shipped in the original box itself but it was well-packaged in a generic USPS box for the trip to me. Happy with both the purchase and the seller, would totally recommend.

Received the item fast and had issues with it. Worked with the seller who gave excellent communication and after him giving me several items to check, turns out I didn't insert the ribbon cable fully. After reinserting, it works just like new. Recommend seller!
