Not the fault of the seller. Also, this particular model has an audible tick which didn't suit my meds. Not worth sending back. Will use to create a custom alarm clock for the workshop perhaps.

I ordered this item at 3pm on Wednesday, and it arrived at 2pm the following day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. The parcel was handed to me, not left on the doorstep as is with some other carriers. The clock mechanism was wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and the hands were in a clear plastic tube so they wouldn't get damaged in transit. You don't get better service than this. A+++++
