The quality was appalling, it was " see through ", not soft to touch, and the packaging labels were all smudged/badly printed.. When I contacted the seller , they assured me it was a genuine Paw Patrol , and accepted to refund the item, but not the return fees. ( I do not have the photos anymore as I got a refund by seller and Ebay for the return fees) I bought another one, on a genuine website, and the quality is very different.

I had an issue which presented itself and they did not hesitate to get to the bottom of it. They were very helpful and understanding. It was well packaged and came in good condition, good quality soil and looked good on arrival as it were very well packaged. Worth the money and will definitely shop here again after this first experience. Thanks guys
