He worked with me to make sure I was able to fit this in my suitcase for a trip to London at Christmas, and I got it at a great price. "Frank" as he is called in our family, as we now have 3 of them, arrived super fast, and just as described! I was so delighted when he arrived and unpacked him and he started talking to me :).
