My initial tests with the microphone are consistent with what I would expect if it were new. The packaging was very well done -- a large box with internal packing around the Pelican-style case; it was sent promptly via FedEx, and safely and promptly received. Every aspect of the purchase was well handled with excellent communication from the beginning as well as the best packing of the amp and a huge effort in the handling and labelling of the valves. Also constant updates from the couriers about the location and delivery date. And the amplifier is brilliant as expected. I highly recommended this company as they are brilliant and give 200% 10/10 absolutely perfect service.
