The seller did respond quickly and issued a full refund but I still felt wronged by the process. The item is back up for sale with an addition to the description so well done to the seller for responding positively as Purchasers rely on accurate detailed descriptions to make informed choices on Ebay.

They arrived promptly, when looking at my purchase noted one of the trims was not as it showed in the ad. They were supposed to be the trims with a chromed vw badge which 3 were but 1 was the matt black trim and which is the cheaper option. I contacted the seller he replied that he had left tape on it as he had given them a touch up prior to shipment which he had on 1 of 3. After a series of emails the issue has not been dealt with.
