The packaging was adequate to prevent any damage to unit. The T Con board is a good value. But because I didn't look more carefully at the ribbon cables it had, the double cables are to small to plug into my TV. I don't know if you take returns on items but at this point in time, I can not use this T Con board. If you the seller has one with wider dual ribbon cables, that's the one I need. Le escribí al vendedor y le envié imágenes y la respuesta fue “Sino funciona puedes devolverlo” ni siquiera voy a intentar usarlo porque no solo se trata de eso, se trata de que están vendiendo un artículo como nuevo y es usado! y envían es esa respuesta! PÉSIMO!
