I had a problem with Royal Mail (my fault nothing to do with the seller) and my parcel was taking a while to get to him. He kept me updated all the way whether it arrived or not, he even chased with his local postie! Once my parcel got to him, he turned it around in 1 DAY and got it posted straight back to me. Amazing service, very helpful and very quick. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
