Still it should never have happened if it was check fully before sending it out. Mismatched ram, faulty ssd, also the stand was bent in transit, although I cannot say it was not sent like this, I did get it resolved by sending it back with brand new ram installed and it was delivered back today working perfectly.

Seller was quick to respond to enquiries and very generous in offering a full refund if the delay in shipping caused me to change my mind. (It didn't.) I received the package eventually but haven't had a chance to test it. I'm sure it will be fine.
