I would have absolutely no problem purchasing from them again. Good price and communication, with prompt postage. In terms of the product, the rivet was larger than my previous ones, but easily drilled out. They were easy to install. Time will tell in terms of their robustness, but I can't see there being a problem.

The product itself is good, the rivets that came with the product were a little light gauge and some let go when load was applied. But a pop rivet through the center of the of the rivet fixes this and is an easy and strong fix. The product also came with good instructions
