    The item was exactly as described. The shipping cost was reasonable given where the seller is shipping from and that we bought 3. The shipping cost was only charged one time. Seller explained clearly how they operate, order by Tuesday, it'll ship next day, order after Wednesday, it'll ship the next week. Following the guideline helped make the decision to purchase when we did from this seller because we needed it "asap." A++ Thank you!

    Description said 100% new. Might not be in original packaging. I was surprised to see original packaging. Seller was prompt with replies to questions, delivery was quick, it works well and price was good. But the products was dirty, something slipped on it. More than dust from sitting around. When seller was questioned on this he called me an ignorant buyer for not reading the description which again said 100% new. Seller offered a $10 refund which I accepted. Decent products. No personality.
