Purchased Valentino and Burberry Boots. Returned Burberry after receipt and questionable authenticity. Requested to cancel Valentino. Seller agreed and claimed difficulty with reimbursement due to her American Express. During case review seller used the Burberry shipping label and stated boots were delivered. Due to eBay's automated flawed system, the return was closed and the buyer was able to get refund & item.
