When I refused to work with them directly and wanted to know the price, they doubled my total order for the same item. Not a company I want to do business with. Deceiving from the start.

I sent them what I wanted the sign to say, (See photo) they send me a mock up/proof, I asked to have one small change, they sent a new mock-up/proof, I approved, and then it went to production and shipped right out. This will be a set dressing for our annual Fur Rondy Melodrama, so I wasn't too concerned about the quality, but this is AMAZING.
