Suppose that was because this had sat in inventory for some time. This has nothing to do with the item...but I ended up not having the problem with my bike computer. The issue was not the computer but the location of the magnet on the wheel. My bad. You did your job. Now I have two computers. I will use the new one and have my old one as a back up! Thanks!
