By far this is the best pump I've ever purchased. I purchased it because of the price. And the brand. It self primes almost immediately and has the most jet power my pool has ever had. I hope this model is around in 5 or so years when I need another one

The bottom panel around the ports is dented, but not obstructing the ports, which is good. Unclear how the damage happened. Packing was fine. The system is fully functional and my kids and I have played several hours of the games already. Really enjoying it! The seller assisted me regarding the damage and I am very happy with the result.
