I'd say the shirt size runs big. My 15 yo who is slim but with long arms fit into a size 14 well. We ordered the 16 just in case, but will be keeping it for the future.

Took some time for the refund though which wasn't cool, about three days to receive a return label. But once the label arrived via email the refund went quickly. Not sure if it's due to the new ebay policy or what, but I have recently run into this issue before. Quick to grab the cash, slow to put it back.
