This hurts the value and will require additional investment to correct. Shipping was delayed nearly 2 weeks; seller communicated the issue, though I did have to message a few times to prod things along. Packaging was adequate for the item and shipping cost; no issue there. In the end I got what I ordered, but it took longer than it should have and the defects were not disclosed.
