It’s a sturdy carrier, but it was my fault that it broke. I didn’t have the sides lined up evenly when I tried to latch it to store it. The box was pretty beat up upon delivery, but the carrier was in perfect shape, thank goodness. There wasn’t any bubble wrap or padding inside the box, so it was just luck it was okay. But I have to say I asked that I receive a pink bird seed catcher and I got a immediate response that they would send a pink trimmed catcher and I also received another one with pink and a silver trim. I would recommend this store not only for their quality items but also their customer service. I normally do not like to leave reviews (I shop too much on line) but made an exception for this store.
