They immediately gave me the option of either a refund or resending a replacement package. The replacement package was quickly sent out by UPS and arrived safe. Excellent communication by the seller. The instructions on the new filter say rinse 5 gallons of water before use, I found it easier to use a garden hose for a few minutes.
