The insulation crimp barrel of the terminal is not functioning as a strain relief, only wire support. Not end of the world but could be better.

I contacted the vendor and explained the issue. He promptly instructed me to return it. He sent the return shipping information the same day and it was returned. The vendor issued a credit after the return was received. While I was disappointed the part did not fit, the vendor handled the issue. I would order from this company again.
