What I received was a nicer item and believe what I received was a replacement. With that being said, I've previously owned this box chain which lasted many years until I broke it. Never took it off. Did not tarnish. Highly recommend. Super strong chain.

I attempted to contact the seller twice, over a 5 day period, with zero response. As a seller myself, I typically don't leave (-) feedback, but there's just no excuse for ignoring customer issues. This could have been rectified so easily! Now, I'm happy to modify this feedback, should the seller follow up & resolve. As it stands, I have to assume that the lack of response is intentional, thereby justifying this feedback.
