I received the zappers wrapped in brown butcher paper and they were scuffed and dinged. I reached out to the seller and they were dismissive and attempted to gaslight me. I buy from plenty of small businesses and herbal companies, but this is the first to assert that I am the problem when their listing doesn't match what I receive. These units are new but not mass produced, so they may have scuffs from the maker and never came boxed. As a long-time trusted reseller, we assured they’re authentic but this was not received well clearly. Customer was able to send the item back free of charge for a full refund. eBay recently added listing options like “new in box” or “new without box,” so after this complaint, we updated the listing to match their new format.
